The studio was founded in 1992 from arch. Mihail Mihaylov. It gave a start to the careers of many architects and engineers. It has created many friendships with clients and partners.
In 2005 , a manager became eng.Katya Mihaylova.
– In 2015 won an award for „Building of the Year“ in Apartment Buildings category.
– In 2021 . arch. Vladimir and Hristina Mihaylovijoined the team and in 2024 and arch. Georgi and Inna Mihaylovi
